Service Level Agreement for ELINA Club
1. Service Overview:
• ELINA
Club aims to provide its members with:
• Access to exclusive events and activities.
• Concierge services for travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
• Personalized member support for inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Regular communication regarding club updates and offerings.
2. Service Standards:• Access to exclusive events and activities.

• Event Access: ELINA Club commits to organize
exclusive events annually for members.
• Concierge Services: Responses to travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries will be provided within 24 hours.
• Member Support: Queries and concerns submitted through designated channels will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
• Communication: Regular newsletters and updates will be sent out to members on a monthly basis.

• Ensure the smooth
execution of events and activities.
• Provide accurate and timely information through concierge services.
• Maintain open channels of communication with members.
• Member Responsibilities:
• Adherence to club rules and regulations.
• Respectful conduct at events and towards club staff.
• Prompt communication of concerns or feedback.
4. Terms of Service:• Provide accurate and timely information through concierge services.

• Adherence to club rules and regulations.
• Respectful conduct at events and towards club staff.
• Prompt communication of concerns or feedback.
• Membership: Membership duration, fees, and renewal terms will be outlined
separately in the membership agreement.
• Confidentiality: ELINA Club will handle member information with utmost confidentiality and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent.
• Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the membership or services provided with a specified 15 days notice period.
• Liability: ELINA Club will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during club events or as a result of provided services.
• Confidentiality: ELINA Club will handle member information with utmost confidentiality and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent.
• Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the membership or services provided with a specified 15 days notice period.

5. Review and Modification:
This SLA will be reviewed annually or as needed. ELINA Club reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions with prior notice to its members.
